MedCIRCLE button and menu: Clicking on the logo opens the MedCIRCLE homepage where you can find out more about the MedCIRCLE project. Clicking on the menu opens the dropdown menu with such useful options as "Preferences" and "Help". |

Search field: The search field allows you to search the MedCIRCLE Open Directory directly from the MedCIRCLE Infobar. Enter your search term in the search field and press the enter or return key, or click on the search button. As soon as you click on a link of the search results, the "Info" button is enabled and the confidence level is displayed (taking into account the preferences you specified in the preferences dialog). Note: Whenever you go to a new page on another website, the MedCIRCLE Open Directory is searched for evaluative information. |

Info button: The info button shows if there is any evaluative information about the currently visited website. The button is grey if no information is available. Clicking on the button opens the MedCIRCLE Label Window that presents in depth information about the currently visited website. |

Confidence level: If all of your preferences are met by the visitied website, all of the five triangles are shown filled. For each of the preferences that are not met, the overall confidence level is slightly reduced and indicated by fewer filled triangles. |

Red flag: The red flag is shown as soon as one of the preferences you marked as necessary is not met. |
